Introducing Locavino

We are Jarrod Jabre (far right) and Justin Wallace (center): two experienced restaurant, wine, and beer managers as well as your fellow Silver Spring locals. We are proud to present Locavino, a new wine and beer establishment in Downtown Silver Spring! Our mission is to present local beverages as part of our larger goal to support our local community.

Our Story

In addition to beer, cider, and wine, Locavino offers a robust food menu, as well as retail alcoholic beverages. The name Locavino (blatantly stolen from the word "LOCAVORE" reflects our mission to shine a spotlight on local beverages in the context of the global wine and beer market. It is important to us that Locavino serve not only as a gathering place for our neighborhood but also as a force for good within our beloved community, which for us includes the use of sustainable sourcing wherever possible.
